Our Private Waterfront Home with a heated pool and private dock is located just off Ockway Bay, which leads to Popponesset Bay and Nantucket sound. This spacious home is perfect for your summer vacation or any time of year!
This home with waterfront views can host up to 10 guests, and offers five bedrooms (three king beds, six twin beds).
In addition, this home boasts two kitchen areas and two living areas (one on each floor), as well as three full bathrooms and private decks with outdoor seating. With central AC, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, smart TVs, and a variety of both indoor and outdoor common areas, you’re sure to be comfortable during your stay.
Enjoy the peaceful private setting on the decks overlooking the pool and water, take a swim in our heated waterfront pool, kayak in the bay or to the beach (2 kayaks provided) or simply enjoy a good book on the private dock or patio overlooking the water.
This home is situated in the quiet community of New Seabury in Mashpee, MA. Enjoy everything the area has to offer - the home is just over 1.5 miles to the quaint Popponesset Marketplace (offering shops, food, ice cream and mini golf), a five-minute drive to Mashpee Commons (offering shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment) and if you don't want to boat to the beach, it’s approximately five minutes by car.
Main Level
On the main level of the home, you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom, primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite full bathroom, second bedroom (king bed), third bedroom (2 twin beds) and access to the surrounding decks and porch.
You’ll find a 55” smart TV in the living room, and a fully-appointed kitchen with double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar seating and essential cooking and kitchen accessories.
The open floor plan, high ceilings and plentiful windows give the home a bright, airy feeling with access to surrounding water views.
Lower Level
The lower level hosts an additional living/rec room, kitchenette (more easily accessible from the pool area), additional dining space, fourth bedroom (king bed), fifth bedroom (4 twin beds) and a full bathroom, with walkout access to the heated pool and surrounding patio area.
These additional living spaces provide the opportunity for groups and families to spread out as needed. You’ll also find an additional TV and a foosball table in the lower level common room.
